It was a great weekend o get together with friends and family to enjoy your freedom. The weather cooperated with all of the festivities and Chongo and Mongo were out there documenting a lot of the activities.

Cabo's Bar & Grill hosted the Floodstock 2008 music festival to help raise mony for the flood recovery efforts. The Cedar Rapids Jaycees were part of the festival  with Uptown Friday Nights last Friday with Funk 101 at Cabo's. This week Swing Crew will be filling the sand from 5:00pm-8:00pm. This will be great way to start the weekend right.
