The Cedar Rapids Jaycee's have developed a Concert Series of Live Entertainment that takes place in the summertime at Green Square Park, Downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This year marks the 20th year of this event and is a great place to start your weekend!! You can unwind and relax in the park after a long hard week enjoying great music, wonderful company and perhaps a beverage or two.
This event also benefits the community as well! The Cedar Rapids Jaycee's run lots of projects in the area that help everyone from the youth to the elderly. The Cedar Rapids Jaycees is a professional development organization that allows it's members to develop and run projects to help the community in many ways. As of this year the Cedar Rapids Jaycee's will have shared over $300,000 of the profits from this event with hundreds of other local community groups.
