Hello Cedar Rapids.We hope that you all are in good health and on high ground.  The last two weeks in the area have been challenging to say the very least. Our prayers go out to all of you that were displaced because af the flood. As many of you know the community will continue to clean up, repair and rebuild.

The Cedar Rapids Jaycees have been effected by the flood not only because Uptown Friday Nights have had to be cancelled but their groups facility was flooded.  Despite the amount of work that their membership have been doing.  They started back with Uptown Friday Nights last Friday with Super Size Seven at Cabo's Sports Bar in the Westdale Mall's southwest parking lot. This week Funk 101 will be filling the sand(and the rest of Westdale's parking lot) from 1:00pm-4:00pm. This will be part of Floodstock.
